The Koinonia Foundation is legally registered with the state of North Carolina and federally registered as a charitable organization. The Foundation was founded in 1990 by a caring and concerned group of Christians.

The Annual Celebration & Banquet held on Saturday, February 6th, raised approximately $13,000 for Safe Space, Inc. of Louisburg - A battered women's shelter!

The Koinonia Foundation provides supplemental support to organizations and individuals whose needs are not fully met by other funding organizations.
